Our Medical Team typically begins connecting with participants approximately 6–8 weeks before each Retreat. While we understand you may wish to speak with the team sooner, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee an earlier appointment.

Our Medical Team supports participants across multiple Retreats and is also onsite during scheduled events, so this time-frame allows them to give each upcoming Retreat and its participants the care and attention they need.
