Registrants for an Encephalon Organized Retreat may cancel for a full refund up until 30 days before the Retreat. NO refunds are offered within 30 days of the Retreat, unless due to a physical or mental medical emergency.
Please be advised that refunds are not available until after 24 hours of purchase. Kindly note that within this time frame, any requests for refunds will not be processed.
To request an event cancellation and/or refund, please follow the steps outlined below.
- Login to your Unlimited Account and navigate to your Dashboard.
- Select "My Retreats" from your Dashboard drop down.
- Click on the Retreat that you wish to cancel.
- Select the blue "Cancellation Policy" as shown below.
- Once you review the Cancellation Policy and agree with the terms, you may then select "Request Refund".
- Complete the requested steps to submit your cancellation request. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email to notify you when your refund has been processed.
*Please note that once requested, your cancellation will be sent to our Finance Team. Once received, refunds take up to 15 business days to process.
