Event Registration:
Registrants for an Encephalon Organized Retreat may cancel for a full refund up until 30 days before the Retreat. NO refunds are offered within 30 days of the Retreat, unless due to a physical or mental medical emergency.
Registrations are non-transferable. Please do NOT sell your registration or ticket to anyone. This includes family and friends or anyone on social media. Registration must be in the name of the qualified registrant upon arrival at the event or the ticket will not be valid.
Please note, that once requested, your cancellation will be sent to our Finance Team for review. Refunds take up to 15 business days to process.

Digital Products:
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review the audio sample of the digital product, on the product page, before completing your purchase.
Online Courses:
All Online Courses are not downloadable or refundable. Once purchased, this course does not have an expiration. You will get unlimited viewing access in your account.
Livestreams and Live Online Courses:
Livestreams and Live Online Courses are not downloadable or refundable. Unless otherwise noted, your purchased Livestream or Live Online Course will be available on the date of the event only. No replay option will be available afterward.
