Accommodation requirements vary by retreat location. For most retreats, attendees are welcome to stay at accommodations of their choosing, including offsite lodging.

Any accommodation requirements for a specific retreat will be clearly noted on that retreat's Accommodations page. We encourage all attendees to review the event details carefully before making travel arrangements.

For Cancun retreats, all attendees are required to stay onsite at one of the approved Barceló resort properties. This requirement is part of the retreat policy agreed to during registration. Offsite accommodations and day passes are not permitted for these events, and exceptions cannot be made.

If resort rooms appear to be sold out, attendees may wish to connect with other participants through the official event Facebook group, where roommate and shared accommodation opportunities are sometimes available. Information about the Facebook group is typically included in the welcome email sent after registration.
