Yes. If you have a medical condition, you are welcome to register for the event.

After your registration is confirmed, our Medical Support Team will contact you to schedule a confidential medical review call. During this call, the team will discuss your specific needs and determine what accommodations may be available.

Medical review calls are typically scheduled 6–8 weeks before the event.

Important: Please do not make fixed or non-refundable travel arrangements until you have completed the medical review and received confirmation from the Medical Support Team. Participants are responsible for any travel expenses incurred before medical approval, so we strongly recommend booking only flexible or refundable travel.

If, after the medical review, we determine that we are unable to accommodate your needs, your registration will be refunded in accordance with our event policies.
