First, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider to make sure that there is not an underlying health condition that is causing your Tinnitus.
Dr Joe recommends focusing on heart coherence meditations. This uses more of the breathing/feeling techniques, instead of focusing on "nothing", which can be difficult to do with ringing in your ears.
The Walking Meditations are also a good option as you are moving/walking, instead of sitting stationary. This can be helpful so that you are not focusing too much on the Tinnitus.
Another couple of helpful tips- Make sure that your music/meditation is at the right tone (not too loud or too soft). Tinnitus also responds well to Chiropractic care.
