Processing times can vary depending on your country, so we recommend checking with your local embassy or consulate for the most accurate information regarding timelines and requirements.
If you need documentation confirming your registration for visa purposes, you may use your registration confirmation and or Welcome email as proof of attendance. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide additional documentation or invitation letters beyond this.
If you choose to register and later need to cancel:
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• If you need to cancel within 30 days of the event, you would need to submit a refund request through your account for our Events Team to review.
