In order to receive your gift card refund, you will need to reach out to our team so that we can send you a Credit Card Info Request. The Credit Card Info Request that we send has a form for you to fill out as well as a link to upload that form to our secure server. If you wish to receive your gift card refund through PayPal, please provide us with that information, including your PayPal email. Please note, this only applies to anyone with a previous Retreat Credit. This does not apply to our non-refundable Gift Cards purchased through Drjoedispenza.com
