If your card is currently associated with an active or suspended Dr Joe Live subscription, the system will not allow you to delete it. The payment method must first be replaced on your subscription before it can be removed from your account. Please follow the steps below to update your Dr Joe Live payment method. 

1. Sign in to your account and go to My Profile → Payment Methods.
2. Add and save your new payment method.
3. Refresh the page.
4. Go to My Profile → Manage Subscriptions.
5. Update the payment method associated with your Dr Joe Live subscription to your new card.
6. Refresh the page again and confirm that your subscription now shows the new payment method.
7. Return to Payment Methods. You should now be able to delete your old card.

Please note, adding a new card under Payment Methods does not automatically update the payment method associated with your Dr Joe Live subscription. You must update the payment method under Manage Subscriptions before the old card can be removed from your account.
