Once your refund is approved by our team, it is then sent over to our Finance Team. Refunds are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Once the refund is processed, please allow 7-10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 21 business days of your initial request, please reach back our to us so that we can look into this for you. We appreciate your patience.
