If you’re receiving an “Incorrect Password,” “Incorrect Code,” or “User Not Found” message even after resetting your password, you may be using a different sign-in method than the one you originally used to create your account.
If you initially created your account using “Sign in with Google,” you’ll need to continue selecting “Sign in with Google” and use the same Google account. Accounts created this way do not automatically have a standard email and password login, so resetting your password will not resolve the issue.
We recommend remembering which sign-in method you used when you first created your account:
- Email + password: Continue signing in with your email address and password.
- Sign in with Google: Continue selecting “Sign in with Google.”
If your account was created with Google and you would also like a standard email and password login, our team may be able to help add one. However, we cannot remove or unlink the existing Google sign-in connection because it was created through your personal Google account. To manage or remove that connection, you’ll need to do so through your Google account settings.
If you’ve confirmed that you’re using the correct email address and original sign-in method and are still unable to access your account, please contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
