Dr Joe Dispenza teaches breathwork alongside meditation as part of our programs. While we encourage participation in breathwork exercises, it is important to acknowledge that breathwork involves a deliberate alteration of breathing patterns, which may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with certain medical conditions.
We advise all participants to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before engaging in any breathwork practices, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, such as cardiovascular issues, respiratory problems, or any other health concerns.
By participating in our breathwork sessions, individuals acknowledge that they are doing so at their own risk and agree to take full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from their participation. Our programs are designed for general wellness and personal development purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
We strongly recommend that individuals listen to their bodies and practice breathwork mindfully, stopping immediately if they experience any discomfort, dizziness, pain, or other adverse effects. If in doubt about the suitability of breathwork for any specific individual, we advise seeking medical advice before participation.
Participation in breathwork sessions indicates acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of the potential risks involved. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse effects resulting from participation in our breathwork programs.
