Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions, along with important information to help you prepare and make an informed decision about attending the Copenhagen Week Long Retreat, taking place September 20–26, 2026.
Getting Ready to Register:
Before you can register for the Copenhagen Week Long Retreat, you must create an account on DrJoeDispenza.com.
If you already have an account, you must reset your password before registering.
If you are still unable to register after creating a new account or resetting your password:
- Empty your cart → Log out → Log back in → Re-add items.
- Incognito Mode: Try opening a "Private" or "Incognito" window in your browser.
- Disable VPNs: If you are using a VPN or Ad-Blocker, try turning it off for a moment, as these can sometimes block secure payment windows.
Payment Issues:
The Fastest Fix: Use PayPal at Checkout
If you want to skip the troubleshooting and complete your order right now, we recommend using PayPal at checkout. It is currently our most reliable "fail-safe" method while we resolve technical hiccups. You don't even need a PayPal account – you can often check out as a guest using your credit card through their secure portal.
Other Common Fixes:
- The Fresh Start: Empty your cart → Log out → Log back in → Re-add items.
- Incognito Mode: Try opening a "Private" or "Incognito" window in your browser.
- Disable VPNs: If you are using a VPN or Ad-Blocker, try turning it off for a moment, as these can sometimes block secure payment windows.
If you prefer to use a credit card directly:
- International Customers (Non-U.S.): If your postal code isn't 5 digits, enter 00000 in the ZIP field and ensure your country is correctly selected.
- Address Cleanup: Head to your Account Profile and delete any old or duplicate addresses. The system might be getting confused by an old saved address.
- The "Security" Lock: If you've tried to check out multiple times, your bank may have paused transactions for your safety. You may need to wait 24–72 hours for this to reset.
If you are still seeing errors, your browser might just need a quick refresh:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → Clear.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.

Other Frequently Asked Questions
Here’s everything else you need to know about the Copenhagen Week Long Retreat.
Is this suitable for beginners?
All Week Long Retreat registrations include complimentary access to our Progressive Online Course, which introduces the foundational concepts and meditations used during the event. This preparation helps participants arrive feeling oriented, confident, and ready to engage fully in the retreat experience.
Can I attend if I have health or mobility considerations?
During registration, participants complete a detailed health questionnaire so our team can assess individual needs in advance. If necessary, a qualified registered nurse will follow up directly to review support options and ensure clear expectations. If we’re unable to safely meet someone’s needs, the registration will be refunded in accordance with our policies.
What if I haven’t completed the Progressive Online Course yet?
You do not need to purchase the Progressive Online Course separately; access is provided after registration so it can be completed before attending the retreat. Registered participants are given access at no additional cost and are strongly encouraged to complete it before attending. The material provides a shared foundation that supports how Dr Joe teaches during the retreat, allowing the on-site experience to move more smoothly and with greater depth.
What types of meditation will we practice?
The retreat includes a range of meditation experiences drawn from Dr Joe’s core meditation approaches. Participants may be guided through seated, walking, standing, and lying-down practices over the course of the retreat. The specific meditations and structure may vary, and all sessions are facilitated to support safety, coherence, and a thoughtfully sequenced retreat experience.
What is Coherence Healing™?
Coherence Healing is a guided practice from Dr Joe’s work that focuses on creating heart and brain coherence through shared group intention. The concept developed from Dr Joe’s exploration of whether a group of people, when connected in a coherent state of heart and brain and aligned in intention, could support healing through that collective field. At the retreat, this practice is experienced in a facilitated setting and is approached as part of the overall retreat flow. No prior knowledge or experience is required, and participants are guided throughout the process.
What does a typical day at the retreat look like?
Participants can expect full days that thoughtfully balance teaching, guided meditations, restorative breaks, and provide breakfast and lunch. With the exception of event start times, the exact schedule is not fixed in advance. Most days begin between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. CET, except for one session beginning between 3:30 and 4:00 a.m. CET. This flexible structure allows the experience to unfold responsively and encourages participants to remain present and open to the process.
Can I attend if I have dietary restrictions?
Yes. We strive to accommodate common dietary restrictions whenever meals are provided during the retreat. While a variety of options are typically available, offerings may be limited. If you have very specific or specialized dietary requirements, you may wish to make additional arrangements that best meet your needs.
Will there be translation services?
All programming, instructions, and materials are offered in English with simultaneous German translation. We encourage you to consider your comfort level with English-language instruction when planning your attendance.
What should I bring to the retreat?
We recommend bringing a few personal items to support your comfort and participation throughout the retreat. This may include:
- Earbuds or headphones that work with your mobile device for walking meditations (wired headphones are encouraged to avoid Bluetooth interference)
- A journal, notepad, and pens
- A pillow, blanket, and/or towel for seated or lying-down meditations
- Eyeshades, if you prefer to block out light during meditation
- Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for both indoor sessions and outdoor activities
- Retreat environments can vary, so dressing in layers is recommended to stay comfortable across varying temperatures.
How does seating work during the retreat?
Participants are grouped into a designated seating section at registration, rather than assigned to a specific seat. At registration, attendees may request to be grouped with friends or family members. Seating sections remain consistent throughout the retreat. Each day, you’ll be guided to your designated area of the ballroom, where seating is open within that section on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is arranged with chairs, and space is available in front of each chair for seated or lying-down meditation during longer sessions.
What should I know about accommodations and travel?
The retreat fee includes attendance, scheduled breaks, and daily breakfast and lunch. Hotel accommodations, airfare, ground transportation, and dinner are not included and must be arranged independently by all attendees.
What is your cancellation, refund, or transfer policy?
Registrations may be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before the retreat start date. Within 30 days of the event, registrations are generally non-refundable, except in the case of a verified medical emergency. Registrations are non-transferable. Full policy details are available in the policies and disclaimers section on the retreat product page and on your Retreat Pre-event Page within your Dashboard.
