Updating the payment method in your account does not automatically update the payment method for your Dr Joe Live subscription.
If your subscription was suspended due to an expired or declined card, you'll also need to update the payment method associated with your subscription.
To do this:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Profile.
- Scroll down to Manage Subscriptions.
- Update the payment method for your active subscription.
Once you've updated the payment method for your subscription, your access to the Dr Joe Live Library should be restored automatically.
