Accessing the Conversation

1.  When the Dr Joe Live conversation begins you may need to activate your speaker in order to hear the conversation. To do this please press the following icon on the bottom of your screen:

2. If you are still unable to hear the conversation you may need to use a different browser.

Activating Your Mic When the Host Calls on You

1. When the host calls on you to ask your question, you will see a popup invitation on the top right of your screen asking you to unmute yourself as shown below:

2. You may also see a message from your browser asking you to unmute.  If you see this,  you will need to unmute your browser also.
