To reset the password for your account, you will need to click on the "Reset Password" link on the sign-in page of the website (see screenshot below).
Once you click the "Reset Password" link, you will be asked to input the email address that was used to set up your account. After you input your email address, click on "Send Code" & you'll be sent a code to your email address to enter into the website.
Once you click Send Code, the page will automatically reload with the option to submit the code you received at the email address you provided or resend the code. Simply copy and paste the code you received into the Enter Code field and click the Submit button.
Once you submit the code you received, you will be presented with a page that allows you to create a new password. Once you create a new password and click submit, you should receive a message that you password has been successfully changed. At this point you can log into your account using your new password.
