The Files app on iOS mobile devices does not have the ability to play the tracks continuously.
To set up continuous play for the MP3 files on your iPhone or iPad, you will need to download the files to a computer first and then transfer the files to your Music app on your mobile device using iTunes. You can then create a playlist with the files which will allow you to listen to them continuously without needing to forward from one track to the next.
