The Intensive Online Course is the prerequisite to a LIVE Progressive Workshop. If you register to attend a LIVE Progressive Workshop with Dr Joe, you will receive complimentary access to the Intensive Online Course with an expiration of 30 days past the retreat.

Likewise, if you register to attend a LIVE Week Long Advanced Retreat with Dr Joe, you will receive complimentary access to the Progressive and Intensive Online Course Bundle with an expiration of 30 days past the retreat.

The Intensive Online Course consists of 5 videos that comprise approximately 8 hours of lecture and meditations.

The Progressive Online Course consists of a total of 18 videos for approximately 15 hours of lectures and meditations. The Progressive Online Course includes 5 full meditations.

We currently do not sell the Progressive Online Course as a separate product. We include the Intensive Online Course as a complimentary add-on since it is a prerequisite for the Progressive Online Course.
