Live Meditations take place every Wednesday on March 19, March 26, and April 2 at 8:00 p.m. EDT / 5:00 p.m. PDT, lasting approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
To prepare, we recommend:
- Choosing a quiet, distraction-free space with room for both sitting and lying down.
- Wearing comfortable clothing.
- Having an eye shade and blanket ready, if desired.
If you can't join live, replays will be available for 48 hours, starting by 12:00 p.m. EDT / 9:00 a.m. PDT every Thursday - March 20, March 27, and April 3.
